Tammy Mazzocco Sells Real Estate In Central Ohio

When Tammy Mazzocco went into real estate sales she had already been working for about ten years in supportive roles for various realtors, so she was experienced in the back office areas of the industry. However, when she was exposed to the income potential for all that time, she finally decided that she could become successful and earn a good living too.

In 1999, Tammy joined the ranks with her friend and mentored Judy Gang, of the Judy Gang Team with RE/MAX. When she looks back, it is an easy assessment to say that it was the best decision she had ever made. Tammy likes to say that she owes a lot to Judy Gang and many other real estate co-workers who have offered her good advice along the way. For example, in the beginning, she was too shy to ask clients about their financial issues. Realtors need to know about these things to help get them into the right home for the money.

She received some good advice on that from a co-worker who told her to just ask the question and not to worry about what anyone thought. If they don’t answer the questions, they are not clients anyway. Tammy never had any trouble with that again.

Tammy Mazzocco loves to set goals, and then break them down into smaller action steps. It is a lot easier to achieve them this way, as a whole goal seems to stop people in their tracks. When she has definite steps to achieve, she will achieve her goal.

When asked what she does to stay organized, Tammy says that she uses a very good planner that keeps her mind straight. She needs to write it down to remember it. She stays very organized in keeping track of clients, tasks, and a myriad of other things she has to remember for her busy days.

Tammy gets an early start in the office in the mornings and takes care of her busy work early. Tasks such as paperwork and email are gone through the very first thing, and then she gets on the phone to set up her day in the field showing houses. That is where the action is, and Tammy makes that a big deal.

Tammy gets a great deal of satisfaction from helping her clients find the home of their dreams, and she has made some lifelong friends that she has sold homes to several times over the years.
